Getting Started with TRM

TRM isn’t a training program.

Think of it as a book – where subsequent editions are being updated with new content in real time.

TRM will never be ‘done’.

That’s a design choice we made. We think it reflects the importance of spaced learning. Core ideas will continue to be explored in greater depth and added to the Framework. And, of course, we will always be adding examples of how TRM helps solve real-world challenges. These will be added as Scenarios that will help you see TRM in action.

If this sounds more like a conversation than training, that’s our goal.

Start Investing in Yourself. Right Now.

This is where you get serious

Leadership and governance aren’t learned through classroom training. Or clicking through a few posts. They’re learned over a lifetime of experience. But you can speed things up through intentional spaced learning. This is where concepts are presented, discussed, and revisited over time, allowing them to become deeply ingrained.

Many find it interesting to explore TRM's Foundation

These posts establish the "Why" for TRM

Foundation posts are not about TRM. They are about the nature of Governance, Performance Structures, and Performance Culture. Mostly, they simplify these important concepts into ideas that you can easily grasp and apply. And, once understood, the advantages of TRM become more apparent.

Others want to dig right in with the TRM Framework

The Framework is TRM's "How"

The Framework explains TRM - what it is and how to use it. The Framework consists of two main parts. First, there are the two Pillars that uniquely shape TRM. And, second, there are the Disciplines that provide the practical know-how to use TRM every day. Together, these create TRM's living knowledge base.
